It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct embroidery file type and hoop/design size when ordering.
If you provide the incorrect file type or size and the file has already been digitized, a revision fee will be required to make the requested changes.

This is a DIGITAL PRODUCT ONLY. Nothing will be physically mailed to you.
Your completed custom embroidery file will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU USE A VALID AND CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT.
I will use this email address to deliver your completed file and communicate with you regarding your order if necessary.
Please note that I will not be test stitching your custom file before delivery.
Once you receive your file, you are responsible for performing a test stitch before stitching on your final garment or product.
Different machines, stabilizers, fabrics, threads, needles, and tension settings can affect how an embroidery design stitches.
If you notice an issue with the digitized file during your test stitch, please contact me as soon as possible. I will be happy to review the file and make corrections if the issue is related to the digitizing.
